Job summary

TikTok is seeking an Operations Intern for TikTok LIVE in Stockholm to support daily LIVE operations, training materials, and campaign execution. You will engage with creators, help analyse feedback, and contribute to process improvements while developing operational knowledge in a fast-moving tech environment.

The role requires an ongoing undergraduate degree, 6-month availability, and strong English communication. This internship offers exposure to global operations and live creator engagement.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Availability: Internship availability for 6 months.
• Strong proficiency in English in communication and writing.
• Comfortable jumping on the phone, building rapport with leads, handling objections, and closing deals.
• Basic data analysis skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Core competencies: communication, collaboration, negotiation, and time management.
• Industry interest in social content products and media trends.
• Adaptability: proactive, hands-on, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in resolving creator issues during LIVE process and address day-to-day challenges.
• Help develop and localise educational materials for creators on guidelines and platform features.
• Support configuration, localisation and execution of campaigns and summarize results for improvements.
• Collect and analyse daily operational feedback to identify efficiency opportunities.
• Support execution of a broad range of projects, from in-person events to online initiatives.
• Assist in implementing communication strategies to engage the LIVE creator community, including 1:1 or scaled interactions.
