Cambio is seeking a Line Manager to lead a team of about 15 service delivery professionals delivering our e-health solutions to healthcare customers. You will drive governance, quality and continuous improvement to ensure efficient, high-quality customer deliveries.
You will coach and develop team members, set clear goals and work with other managers to align across the organisation. The role is full-time with hybrid work, located in Stockholm or Linköping.

As a Line Manager at Cambio, you will lead a team of approximately 15 service delivery professionals who play an important role in delivering our e-health solutions to customers across the healthcare sector. The team consists of colleagues with different areas of expertise, including consultants and configuration specialists, all contributing to successful customer deliveries, continuous improvement of our services, and effective internal and customer-facing deliveries. You will be responsible for creating the conditions for the team to succeed, while driving operational excellence through clear governance, effective ways of working and a strong focus on quality, efficiency and continuous improvement.

Scope: Full-time, hybrid work model (three days per week in-office)
Form of employment: Permanent employment, 6 months trial period
