Job description

We are looking for a Student Assistant to support our Learning & Development team with localization and training content. In this role, you will work with translation workflows, learning materials, and digital training platforms used across our global organization.

About the Role

You will support the translation, adaptation, and administration of digital training content used across our global organisation. The role is practical and hands‑on, with clear tasks and responsibilities.

You will:

  • Execute translation and localization workflows using AI tools such as DeepL Pro and Synthesia
  • Adapt e-learning content for local markets and coordinate native‑speaker reviews
  • Manage revision rounds with the L&D team and ensure final quality checks and sign‑off
  • Translate and localize Atos GPS Sales Handbook and related training materials
  • Prepare files for local printing using Adobe InDesign or similar layout tools
  • Upload, structure, tag, and maintain training content in Mindtickle (LMS)
  • Support assignments, releases, and reporting according to defined launch templates
  • Contribute to the development of training assets, including Synthesia personas for training sessions
  • Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and branding across all learning materials

The role is based at our headquarters in Malmö. While we offer flexibility, we value regular time together in the office and expect you to be present on a regular basis.

About You

You are comfortable working with written content and digital materials, and you like organizing information so it is clear and usable for others. You pay attention to detail, follow instructions carefully, and can manage several tasks at the same time. You work well both independently and together with others.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in communications, media, marketing, or a related field &
  • Is available to work 20 hours per week (50%)
  • Has a strong interest in languages, translation, and localization
  • Writes and edits English confidently, with strong attention to detail and grammar
  • Is organised and comfortable managing multiple tasks at the same time
  • Has working knowledge of Adobe InDesign or similar layout tools

Nice to have:

  • Native or advanced proficiency in another language (for example German, French, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, or Japanese)
