Job summary

Neko Health in Stockholm is seeking a Test and Validation Engineer to join the Hardware & Firmware team. You will own how we test the electronics the team designs, build fixtures and boards, and verify every PCB revision from bring-up to validation.

You will write verification plans, design test fixtures, automate testing, and drive root-cause analysis to feed improvements back into future designs. This role sits close to development and emphasizes rigorous, repeatable testing to ensure

Qualifications

• Hands-on lab skills with oscilloscope, DMM, logic analyser, and bench debugging of hardware.
• Schematic capture and PCB design to build test fixtures and test boards.
• Test scripting and automation in Python or similar.
• Strong analogue and digital fundamentals; ability to interpret requirements and design tests accordingly.
• Able to own the test approach for a board and explain the reasoning behind it.
• Fluent English (C1 or above).

Responsibilities

• Bring up and verify new PCB revisions across the team's designs
• Design test fixtures and test PCBs yourself, schematic through layout
• Write and execute verification test plans against requirements
• Build automated test setups and the scripting behind them
• Troubleshoot EMC pre-compliance failures and feed what you find back into the design
• Take failures to root cause, and turn the answer into a design change
• Bring test thinking into design reviews early, so boards arrive testable
