Job summary

Autoliv Brasil is seeking a Lead Specialist, HR Digitalization to manage the interface among HR applications, including in-house and third-party systems, and to lead critical implementation projects that deliver a seamless user experience.

You will secure operational continuity of key HR platforms such as Learning Management, Performance, Succession, Skills and Recruitment, translate business needs into digital plans, and drive change management across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, IS, business, digital transformation or related field.
  • Fluent English in speech and writing.
  • 5+ years in HR technology and related roles.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects in international organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of core HR processes and systems (payroll, time, learning, etc).
  • Experience with process mapping, workflow automation, and testing.
  • Knowledge of HR data management and analytics for decision making.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate HR digitalization initiatives across functions, regions and business areas.

In this role you will manage and design the interface among HR application systems, including those developed in-house, packaged software, and third-party-hosted applications, so that they function holistically in support of the organization's business needs.

You will lead critical implementation project for new HR digitalization, ensuring smooth transition to operations and a superior user experience. Secure the operational continuity of critical HR systems such as Learning Management, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Skills Management, Recruitment etc. intervening to prevent disruption of service or down-time.

Also, you will translate business needs into digitalization plans and initiatives within the HR domain. Contribute to the overall IT architecture through deep expertise of HR systems.

  • Leading and coordinating HR digitalization initiatives across functions, regions and business areas in alignment with organizational priorities and the HR technology roadmap.
  • Assessing HR processes, identifying opportunities for automation and simplification, and designing scalable digital solutions that improve efficiency, compliance and user experience.
  • Managing the implementation, enhancement and integration of HR systems, platforms and tools, including requirements gathering, process design, testing, deployment and post-implementation support.
  • Partnering with HR process owners, IT, vendors and business stakeholders to define requirements, evaluate solutions and ensure successful delivery of digital HR capabilities.
  • Driving change management, communication, training and user adoption activities to support the successful implementation of new HR processes and technologies.
  • Establishing governance, standards and best practices for HR systems, data quality, process documentation, access management and continuous improvement.
  • Using HR data, reporting and analytics to monitor process performance, identify trends and provide actionable insights to support business and people decisions.
  • Ensuring that HR digitalization activities comply with applicable data privacy, information security and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinating project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies and stakeholder communication to deliver initiatives on schedule and within agreed requirements.
  • Coaching and supporting colleagues in digital ways of working, encouraging innovation and building digital capabilities across the HR organization.
If You Have/are
  • A bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Digital Transformation or a related field.
  • Fluent English in spoken and written communication; additional language skills are an asset
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR technology, HR process improvement, digital transformation, HRIS implementation or a related role.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects and implementing digital solutions in a complex, international organization.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and systems, such as core HR, talent management, payroll, time management, learning or employee experience platforms.
  • Experience with process mapping, requirements analysis, workflow automation, systems integration and user acceptance testing.
  • Knowledge of HR data management, reporting and analytics, with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations for stakeholders.
