Job summary

Acne Studios is seeking a Product Development Lead for women's wear woven to drive a structured, efficient development process from concept through pre‑production. You will work with design, suppliers and internal teams to ensure quality, sustainability, cost and timely delivery.

You will lead development meetings, guide fittings, and oversee costing, margins and PLM data. Strong collaboration and communication are essential in this premium fashion environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of garment construction, quality standards and product development processes.
• Experience with costing, pricing and supplier negotiations.
• Experience working with PLM systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development from concept through pre-production within seasonal timelines.
• Source and develop materials aligned with design vision, quality and sustainability goals.
• Drive seasonal development meetings for progress and decisions.
• Participate in fittings, guiding fit, quality and construction.
• Manage costing and margin reviews with senior product development manager.
• Allocate styles across supplier base to optimize quality and costs.
• Ensure accurate product data and BOM maintenance in PLM.
• Monitor and manage seasonal development budgets.
• Build strong partnerships across teams and suppliers to meet collection objectives.
