Job summary

Sandvik Coromant is seeking an Agentic Automation Architect based in Sweden, with hybrid work options in Solna or Sandviken. You will shape automation strategy, guide engineers, and set standards for scalable, compliant automation across the organization.

The role entails translating business needs into robust technical solutions and coaching teams to adopt automation responsibly. Ideal candidates have a degree in CS or similar, expertise in automation engineering and agentic automation, and

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science or similar field.
Experience in automation engineering and agentic automation.
Strong skills in UiPath, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and at least one programming language.
Experience leading technical work in agile environments.
Ability to translate business needs into automation solutions and coach others.

Responsibilities

Define architecture for automation and agentic platforms, including tools and offerings.
Design and build automated solutions by translating business needs into technical implementations.
Lead technical direction through standards, best practices, and coaching.
Enable self-service and AI fluency by sharing technical guidance and reusable patterns.
Design, develop, test, and implement solutions that improve efficiency and streamline processes.
