Job summary

NKT HV Cables in Karlskrona is seeking a Laboratory Engineer to manage the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and conduct quality control for high-voltage power cable solutions. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree and possess strong communication skills in Swedish and English. You will work closely with laboratory users and system suppliers, providing essential support and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, physics – or equivalent experience.
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience or interest in working with databases and digital systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, perform and report laboratory work according to applicable standards.
• Quality control of incoming material and quality assurance of manufacturing steps.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.
• Develop and improve the LIMS environment based on business need.
• Identify and resolve issues related to systems, instruments, and workflows.
