Job summary

Lantmäteriet söker en person som ansvarar för internkontroll och riskstyrning. Du utvecklar och koordinerar riskhanteringsprocesser samt stödjer ledningen i att upprätta ett effektivt styrningsklimat.

Placeringen är i den nybildade enheten Verksamhetsstyrning och intern kontroll. Funktionen kräver medarbetarskap, kommunikationsförmåga och förmåga att arbeta nära chefer, sakuppgifter och regelverk.

Qualifications

• Academic degree inom ekonomi, juridik, statsvetenskap eller motsvarande. Flera års erfarenhet av intern styrning och kontroll, samt erfarenhet av riskanalys och riskbedömning.
• stark analytisk förmåga och kunna översätta analys till praktiska åtgärder.
• Meriterande med erfarenhet från offentlig sektor, arbeta nära ledningen och kännedom om riskstyrning och interna kontrollramverk (t.ex. COSO, COBIT, ISO 31000, ISO 37301).
• Stark personlighet: driva förändring, pedagogisk, ansvarstagande och självdriven; kunna balansera helhet och detaljionsförståelse och omvandla komplexa frågor till tydliga beslutsunderlag.
• Utåtriktad, kommunikativ och bra skriftlig kommunikation. Förmåga att arbeta självständigt och i team. Planera, organisera och vara noggrann.

Responsibilities

• Ansvarig för myndighetens arbete med internkontroll och riskstyrning, med tvärorganisatoriskt ansvar att utveckla, samordna och kvalitetssäkra riskhanteringsprocessen.
• Skapa förutsättningar för strukturerat och metodiskt arbete i enlighet med gällande regelverk och leda samordningen inom myndigheten kring internkontroll.
• Fungera som metodstöd, sammanställa övergripande riskbild och ge strategiskt stöd till verkställande ledningen.
• Placering i den nybildade enheten Verksamhetsstyrning och intern kontroll, med huvuduppgift att uppnå integrerad styrning och gott styrningsklimat; nära samarbete med chefer, riskkoordinatorer, datasamordnare, informationssäkerhetsskyddschefer, juridik och internrevisor.
• Det finns möjlighet att vidareutveckla rollen och bidra till utvecklingen av teamet och den nybildade enheten.

Lantmäteriet is the Swedish mapping, cadastral and surveying authority. We register and secure property ownership and manage property boundaries. We are looking for a person with strong societal engagement to join us.

Arbetsuppgifter

• As the person responsible for the authority’s work with internal control, you will have the cross-agency responsibility to develop, coordinate and quality assure our risk management process along with governing and supporting documents.
• You will create conditions for structured, methodical work in accordance with applicable regulations and lead the coordination within the authority regarding internal control work.
• You will function as a methodology support to the organization, compile the overall risk picture and provide strategic support to the executive management.
• The position is placed in the newly formed unit Verksamhetsstyrning och intern kontroll, with main tasks to achieve integrated governance and leadership that promotes good governance culture. The role involves close collaboration with managers, risk coordinators, data coordinators, security/safeguarding information security managers, legal and internal audit.
• There is an opportunity to develop the role and contribute to developing the team and the newly formed unit.

Kvalifikationer

• Academic degree in economics, law, political science or equivalent deemed comparable. Several years of experience with internal governance and control, and experience with risk analysis and risk assessment.
• Strong analytical abilities and the ability to translate analysis into practical measures.
• Meritorious with experience from the public sector, working closely with top management and knowledge of established risk management and internal control frameworks (e.g., COSO, COBIT, ISO 31000, ISO 37301).
• Strong personal attributes: ability to drive change, be pedagogical, responsible and self-driven, able to balance holistic and detailed understanding, and translate complex questions into clear decision bases.
• Outgoing, responsive and good communication skills in speech and writing. Ability to work independently and also collaborate within a team. Able to plan and organize work and be meticulous.
• The role is security classified, which requires Swedish citizenship and a security clearance process including a background check and security interview before employment.

Location options include the Lantmäteriet offices in Stockholm, Uppsala or Gävle, with the requirement to regularly be present at all three sites. Employment type: Permanent. Start by agreement.
