Job summary

Nord-Lock Group is seeking a Junior Video Editor / Videographer to join the in-house creative team in Gothenburg. You will support the Senior Media Specialist and help create engaging content for global audiences across LinkedIn, YouTube, and other channels.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across the production process, from editing to planning shoots, both in Sweden and abroad, while developing storytelling and brand skills in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in video editing, videography or a similar creative role.

Responsibilities

• Edit and deliver video content for brand campaigns, interviews, case studies, explainers, internal communications and social media.
• Create localized and multilingual video versions with subtitles, graphics and motion elements.
• Repurpose existing content into new formats tailored to different channels and audiences.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a high visual standard.
• Organize and maintain video assets, archives and project files.
• Plan productions, including scripts, storyboards, locations and schedules.
• Support on-location filming, including camera operation, lighting and audio setup.
• Travel occasionally within Sweden and internationally for video productions.
• Publish and manage video content on YouTube and other platforms.
