Job summary

Saab in Solna is seeking a Junior System Verification Engineer to ensure quality and functionality of our systems, with emphasis on system and GUI testing. You will design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases, employing black/white box and exploratory testing to identify defects and report findings.

Collaboration with development teams will translate requirements into testable scenarios. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Software

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of proven experience in system testing.
• Solid understanding of system engineering and testing methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for systems and GUI testing.
• Apply black box, white box, and exploratory testing to identify defects and report them clearly.
• Collaborate with development teams to translate requirements into testable scenarios and analyze results.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and document test metrics.
