Job summary

Sweden Quantum AB develops and manufactures cryogenic microwave hardware for quantum computing. We are seeking a Junior RF Engineer to help develop the next generation of our HERD filter technology and support the integration of filters into customer setups.

You will design, simulate, and validate cryogenic microwave filters, work closely with production, and gain hands-on experience with VNA measurements, CST/HFSS or equivalent EM tools, and Python automation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, or related field with a focus on high-frequency electronics, or close to completing one.
• Hands-on VNA measurements and S-parameter analysis.
• RF and microwave fundamentals and passive-device design; EM simulation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designing, simulating, and validating cryogenic microwave filters and related components.
• Developing HERD filters from simulation to measured product.
• Measure and compare results with simulation and support production testing.
