Job summary

ENVEA UK Ltd in Swavesey near Cambridge seeks a motivated Junior QHSE Coordinator to join our team. This role develops quality, health, safety and environmental management within a manufacturing setting.

You’ll help maintain QHSE systems, support internal and external audits, and promote continuous improvement across departments and with suppliers and customers. IOSH or equivalent qualification is desirable; experience in QA helpful.

Qualifications

• Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Manufacturing QA experience and attention to detail.
• IOSH or equivalent health and safety qualification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain QHSE documentation, procedures and records for ISO standards.
• Support audits and record non-conformances and corrective actions.
• Assist investigations into quality, environmental, and safety issues.
• Coordinate responses to non-conforming materials and risk management.
• Develop and review Risk Assessments and Safe Systems of Work.
• Review RAMS to ensure safety measures on site.
• Support management reviews and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate QHSE training for employees and contractors.
