Job summary

H&M is seeking a Junior Product Developer for Soft Accessories in Stockholm. You will support the development of hats, scarves, gloves and related items, aligned with upcoming trends and customer needs, working closely with a collaborative team to shape the assortment.

Key responsibilities include coordinating samples, following up on development tasks, and ensuring products are commercially strong for the womenswear range. This is a full-time temporary role based at our Stockholm HQ.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year hands-on experience in product development or buying within fashion
• Experience with soft accessories or knitwear
• Education in fashion, buying or product development
• Commercial mindset with drive to contribute to business growth
• Understanding of womenswear customer and trends
• Structured and organised with ability to multitask
• Collaborative and communicative in cross-functional teams
• Curious mindset and willingness to learn
• Strong commercial thinking with eye for opportunities

Responsibilities

• Support development of soft accessories assortment based on trends and insights
• Assist Product Developer in shaping assortment aligned with strategy and targets
• Work with Product Manager, Designers, Planners and other functions to drive process
• Handle daily tasks including sample handling and follow ups
