Job summary

Björkdalsgruvan seeks a Junior Mine Geologist / UG Shift Geologist to join the geology team in an active underground gold mine. This role offers hands-on experience in mapping, sampling, grade control, and data management in a safety-focused environment.

You will work closely with mining operations, support planning, and receive mentoring from experienced professionals to develop your geology career in northern Sweden.

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Geology, Mining Geology, Applied Geology, or related discipline
• Good understanding of structural and economic geology
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work underground
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
