Job summary

Lawgent, Sweden's first law firm built around AI and EU regulation, seeks Legal Advisors at start of their careers. You will work across AI Act, GDPR, DSA, Data Act and DORA with senior supervision from day one. Responsibilities include research, audits, drafting contracts and building governance policies for clients expanding in Europe.

You will join an international team with flexible location, bilingual English/Swedish workflow, and growth opportunities in an emerging field of AI regulation.

Qualifications

• Hold a law degree or an LL.M. in EU law, business law, IT law or similar.
• 0 to 3 years of experience from a firm, in-house team, public authority, court, or internship.
• Write and speak fluent English or Swedish, and work comfortably in the other.

Responsibilities

• Research and answer questions on the AI Act, GDPR, the DSA, the Data Act and DORA.
• Run Legal Growth Audits, structured reviews of a client's regulatory exposure.
• Draft and review commercial agreements, data processing agreements and vendor contracts.
• Build policies, governance frameworks and internal documentation clients can operate.
• Support clients establishing and scaling in new European markets.
• Produce templates, checklists and knowledge material beyond a single mandate.
• Join client meetings and build client relationships over time.
