Job summary

Justera Group is seeking a Junior Creative AI Operator / Developer to support an internal Design team by operating, developing, and optimizing AI-driven creative solutions for automotive design.

You will work in a fast-paced, research-oriented environment where creativity, technical problem-solving, and rapid turning ideas into practical solutions are valued. Hybrid work and ongoing learning are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with Blender and 3D workflows.
• Experience with modern AI image-generation tools including Flux, Krea, Qwen Image, Z-Image, and ComfyUI.
• Experience with LoRA training and fine-tuning of image-generation models.

Responsibilities

• Operate and develop AI-based solutions supporting internal automotive Design workflows.
• Build and optimize image-generation and 3D-generation pipelines.
• Develop and maintain Python-based automation and data-processing workflows.
• Create, prepare, structure, and manage large-scale 3D datasets for automotive applications.
• Support the development and fine-tuning of generative AI models for automotive use cases.
