PwC Sweden in Stockholm is looking for a junior consultant to join the M&A Integration & Carve-out team. Start date in August 2027, you will work on international deals and help transform business operations to realise deal value.
You will collaborate with experienced consultants across PwC Corporate Finance, Management Consulting and Strategy&, supporting due diligence, data books and client presentations in a fast-paced, global setting.

We are looking for a junior consultant to join our Stockholm office, with a start date in August 2027.
The M&A Integration and Carve‑out team help clients identify the potential of a proposed transaction and ensure that they realise the full value of the transaction through structured transformation of business operations.
Our projects are often international, and you will have the opportunity to work in teams with experienced consultants and industry experts, giving you exposure to client management teams. Our clients come from a variety of industries, being both large industrial companies and Private Equity firms. In addition, we join forces with PwC Corporate Finance, Management Consulting and Strategy& to offer our clients end‑to‑end solutions.
In short, we are helping some of the world’s leading companies across industries to originate, create, execute, and realise value from their deals.
This means that we advise and support our clients throughout the entire deals cycle when they plan, prepare, and execute M&A related activities.
