Job summary

GlobalLogic in Göteborg seeks an enthusiastic Student or Recent Graduate to support AI development and data science for an AI-based Measurement Analytics Tool. You will work under mentors to build a POC turning vehicle telemetry into software verification insights and develop ML pipelines, data cleaning scripts, and simple interfaces.

Ideal candidates are pursuing or have completed a BSc/MSc in CS/Data Science or related fields with solid Python skills and a passion for automotive data.

Qualifications

• No professional experience required; strong portfolio of academic coursework, projects, or personal projects demonstrating Python development.
• Solid foundational programming skills in Python with library exposure through coursework or projects.
• Academic exposure to machine learning fundamentals such as time-series analysis, clustering, or introductory NLP.
• Ability to parse, filter, and format raw files (CSV/text logs).
• Curiosity and passion for learning vehicle systems and diagnostic logs.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant quantitative field.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development, testing, and documentation of data-processing pipelines and machine learning components.
• Inspect, clean, and structure diagnostic logs and telemetry streams for analysis.
• Support implementation and testing of baseline analytical models (time-series classification, clustering, or NLP/LLM prompts).
• Write clean, readable Python code and help prototype web interfaces or APIs.
• Participate in team syncs and learn vehicle software systems from domain experts.
