Qualifikationen

• Erfarenhet av att bygga och driva APIer, tjänster eller distribuerade system.
• Engelska i tal och skrift.

We’re looking for experienced Backend Developers in Gothenburg who combine strong technical skills with ownership, curiosity and a genuine drive to move things forward.

What you’ll be working with

You’ll join a development team at one of our clients, building and operating modern backend services and cloud-based platforms for connected products and digital services.

The exact technology stack will vary by assignment. It may include Java, C#/.NET, Python or Go, together with AWS and/or Azure. Some teams focus on customer-facing backend services, while others develop cloud platforms, integrations and developer tools.

You’ll work in a collaborative, DevOps-oriented environment and contribute throughout the service lifecycle, from design and development to deployment, monitoring, operations and continuous improvement.

Your work may include

• Developing and maintaining backend services using Java, C#/.NET, Python and/or Go
• Designing and building cloud-native solutions on AWS or Azure
• Building REST APIs, microservices and integrations
• Working with event-driven systems and distributed architectures
• Using cloud services such as AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB and SQS
• Working with containers and Kubernetes, depending on the team
• Improving CI/CD, automation, monitoring, logging and service reliability
• Contributing to code reviews, technical discussions and architecture decisions

We’re looking for someone with:

• At least 5 years of professional backend development experience
• Strong experience in at least one of the following: Java, C#/.NET, Python or Go.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Azure
• Experience building and operating APIs, services or distributed systems
• A good understanding of software quality, reliability and maintainability
• Fluent written and spoken English
• A BSc or MSc in Engineering, IT or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Good to have

• AWS serverless experience, such as Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB or SQS
• Experience with Azure services
• Experience with Kubernetes and containerized applications
• CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Event-driven architecture or tools such as Kafka
• Experience in connected services, IoT, automotive or telecom
• Fluent written and spoken Swedish
