Job summary

FDJ UNITED is a leading betting and gaming operator with a strong focus on innovation and reliability. We seek a skilled Java back-end engineer to strengthen our Payment team, working across brands to enhance payment experiences including ApplePay and next-gen card payments.

You will participate in design discussions, contribute to the full development life cycle, and collaborate with a cross-functional team to build reliable services using Java and Spring, with Docker/Kubernetes in deployment.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Java and Spring Framework required.

Responsibilities

Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience building services using Java and the Spring Framework.
Knowledge of CI/CD and build pipelines.
Familiarity with development and delivery tools such as Git, Gradle, Maven and RPM.
Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized application development and deployment.
Experience working in agile environments.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
Ability to identify bugs, edge cases, and potential security, reliability or performance issues.
Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools and validating their output.
