Tessero seeks an IT Security and Compliance Framework Specialist to maintain and improve the ISMS and IT compliance framework, monitor KPIs, coordinate audits and risk assessments, and manage CAPAs. The role requires fluent English and a strong background in ISO 27001, GDPR, NIS2, and related regulations.

The candidate will review policies, develop IT security roadmaps, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with evolving regulatory requirements, including

Qualifications

• Experience with ISMS/QMS/EHS management systems.
• Strong ISO/IEC 27001 expertise.
• Background in pharma or medtech industry preferred.
• Client-facing audits and risk assessment experience.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and improve ISMS and IT compliance framework.
• Coordinate audits, risk assessments and CAPAs.
• Review policies and ensure alignment with standards/regulations.
• Develop KPI dashboards for IT processes performance.
• Plan and document ISMS audits and management reviews.
• Address regulatory changes across GDPR, NIS2, FDA-like requirements.
