Swedfund is seeking two Investment Analysts to provide rigorous analyses across deal stages and to manage a growing portfolio. Swedfund is looking to appoint two Investment Analysts to provide critical analyses to support and manage its growing portfolio of investments. Working closely with Investment Managers and various other senior colleagues, you will have a unique opportunity to gain first‑hand experience and involvement in the entire investment cycle and broaden your expertise across Swedfund’s focus sectors. You will also gain invaluable insights through close collaboration with Swedfund’s Environmental & Social (E&S) and Impact teams, while contributing to a wide range of projects across the organization.
Investment Analysts work actively throughout the entire deal cycle and are responsible for providing accurate and timely support within the following areas:

Additional to the aforementioned tasks, the role will also be involved in various business development initiatives, including:
Relevant candidates will have strong academic qualifications in Finance and / or Economics and between 0-1 years of professional experience post‑graduation. Relevant experience may come from investment banking, private equity, management consulting, transaction advisory or similar fields. Candidates will display solid financial, analytical, and quantitative skills. It is considered valuable to have applied these skills in an investment context, such as through commercial or financial due diligence and company valuation assignments.
Communication is key, we therefore expect candidates to have strong interpersonal skills and be accustomed to working with Excel and the Microsoft Office suite as well as having professional levels of fluency in English. Additional fluency in a Nordic language and/or French is of merit. You have solid writing skills and a demonstrated ability to convert financial data into text.

This role is based in Stockholm, relevant candidates will be expected to be based in Stockholm on a full‑time basis. Final candidates will also be subjected to a background screening control.
