Job summary

Sharp Brains in Sweden is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide onsite end-user support, office infrastructure, asset management, and project-based assistance. The role covers troubleshooting, device lifecycle management, and coordination with remote technical teams.

You will support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and peripherals; deploy and decommission equipment; maintain network connectivity, switches, routers and AV systems; and manage assets with diligent documentation

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
  • Basic networking knowledge (LAN/Wi‑Fi) and office IT infrastructure understanding.

Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite end-user support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
  • Support office IT services including network connectivity, AV, and workplace technologies.
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot switches, routers, access points, and related equipment.
  • Coordinate escalations with Level 2 support teams and with vendors as needed.

Job description

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide onsite end-user, office infrastructure,

asset management, and project-based support. The role involves troubleshooting, device

lifecycle management, office IT infrastructure support, inventory management, and

coordination with remote technical teams and third-party vendors.

Key Responsibilities
End-User Support
  • Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals
  • Provision, deploy, replace, and decommission IT equipment.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and user-related issues.
  • Coordinate escalations with Level 2 support teams.
Office Infrastructure Support
  • Support office IT services including network connectivity, printing, voice, AV, and workplace technologies.
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot switches, routers, access points, and related
  • Assist with smart office solutions, digital signage, and conference room technologies.
  • Coordinate with vendors and support scheduled maintenance activities.
Asset Management
  • Receive, register, label, image, deploy, track, and maintain IT assets.
  • Conduct inventory audits and maintain accurate asset records.
  • Coordinate warranty repairs, device redeployment, disposal, and stock management.
  • Ensure compliance with asset management policies and audit requirements.
Project & Site Support
  • Support office moves, hardware refreshes, equipment relocations, and infrastructure projects.
  • Assist with business events, demonstrations, and technology deployments.
  • Provide remote hands support and escort third-party vendors when required.
Required Skills
