Job summary

Lindab Group is seeking a Service Owner Infrastructure – AD/Entra to own and evolve the company’s identity services across on-prem and cloud. You will drive secure authentication and authorization, align with Zero Trust, and collaborate with security, IT, and external partners.

The role reports to the Manager for Infrastructure Services and requires strong expertise in IAM, AD, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 identity services, with experience in an international matrix organization.

Qualifications

At least 5 years in IT infrastructure or IAM.
Expertise in Active Directory and Entra ID administration and architecture.
Experience with hybrid identity environments and identity synchronization.
Knowledge of SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, Kerberos, LDAP.
Experience implementing CA, MFA, PIM, Identity Governance.
Experience with Microsoft 365 identity services and integrations.
Experience managing outsourced IT service delivery.
Understanding of cybersecurity, identity security, and compliance.
ITIL knowledge and service lifecycle experience.
Microsoft certifications in Azure/Entra ID/Identity Management are a plus.
Experience working in an international matrix organization is valued.

Responsibilities

Own and manage Lindab Group's AD and Entra ID services through their lifecycle.
Manage incidents, problems, risks, and service requests for IAM services.
Oversee disaster recovery and business continuity for identity services.
Define and drive the roadmap for Identity & Access Management services.
Lead transition towards modern identity services and Zero Trust principles.
Ensure secure management of hybrid AD and Entra ID environments.
Collaborate with cybersecurity teams on Conditional Access, MFA, PIM, and Governance.
Monitor performance, availability, security, and compliance; ensure SLAs.
Manage relationships with external providers and partners.
Participate in identity integration projects and authentication initiatives.
Establish governance, policies, standards, and documentation for identity management.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and security standards.
Drive continuous improvement of identity-related services.
Support business with identity-related changes and service requests.
Monitor investments, value, risks, and future needs.
