Job summary

Epical is seeking an IAM Consultant to assist clients in designing and implementing Identity & Access Management solutions. You will contribute to building secure identity frameworks, work with CIAM and PAM, and refine processes in complex environments.

The ideal candidate has experience in the IAM domain, including Active Directory, and fluency in Swedish. This role offers flexible work from home or office and comprehensive benefits.

What is this role all about?

As an IAM Consultant, you will help our customers design and implement different Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions. You will take part in driving projects forward, such as for example build secure identity frameworks.

• Designing and implementing solutions for Identity and Access Management platforms
• Developing secure Access Control solutions as well as Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) architecture
• Working with Customer Identity Access Management (CIAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Governance, and Zero Trust frameworks
• Refining processes, integrating new services, and solving upcoming security challenges

In short: you’ll help our customers turn complexity into clarity, and challenges into opportunities.

Who are we looking for?

You never want to stop learning! As an individual, you are proactive in terms of always benchmarking different trends in the industry and wanting to develop your own ways of working.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A few years of experience in the IAM/IGA domain and a strong desire to grow further.
• Experience in Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Hands‑on experience of doing technical implementations.
• Relevant certifications.
• Able to communicate fluently in Swedish, both speech and writing.

It is meritorious with previous experience within NetIQ, OpenText and/or Saviynt.

As an individual you are communicative with the ability to build relationships and takes personal responsibility for your delivery.

This is a full‑time position with the flexibility to work from home or any of our offices across Sweden (Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Västerås, Örebro, Skövde).
