Job summary

Epical Sweden AB is expanding its IAM practice in Sweden and seeks an IAM Consultant to design and implement Identity & Access Management solutions for enterprise clients. You will drive deployments, refine governance architecture, and help customers realize secure, scalable identity frameworks.

Ideal candidates have hands-on IAM experience, proficiency in Active Directory and Entra ID, and fluent Swedish communication.

Qualifications

• A few years of experience in IAM/IGA domain.
• Experience with Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Hands-on experience implementing IAM solutions.
• Fluent Swedish language skills (speech and writing).
• Knowledge of NetIQ, OpenText or Saviynt is a plus.
• Strong communicator and relationship-builder.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement IAM/IGA solutions.
• Develop secure IAM architectures including CIAM, PAM and governance.
• Lead integrations and deployments in enterprise environments.

What is this role all about?

As an IAM Consultant, you will help our customers design and implement different Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions.

You will take part in driving projects forward, such as for example build secure identity frameworks.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and implementing solutions for Identity and Access Management platforms
• Developing secure Access Control solutions as well as Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) architecture
• Working with Customer Identity Access Management (CIAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Governance, and Zero Trust frameworks
• Refining processes, integrating new services, and solving upcoming security challenges

In short: you’ll help our customers turn complexity into clarity, and challenges into opportunities.

Who are we looking for?

You never want to stop learning! As an individual, you are proactive in terms of always benchmarking different trends in the industry and wanting to develop your own ways of working.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A few years of experience in the IAM/IGA domain and a strong desire to grow further
• Experience in Active Directory and Entra ID
• Hands-on experience of doing technical implementations
• Able to communicate fluently in Swedish, both speech and writing
• It is meritorious with previous experience within NetIQ, OpenText and/or Saviynt.
• As an individual you are communicative with the ability to build relationships and takes personal responsibility for your delivery.

This is a full-time position with the flexibility to work from home or any of our offices across Sweden (Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Västerås, Örebro, Skövde).
