Job summary

Velora Health is seeking a Full-Stack Engineer to own the systems behind payments, identity and external integrations. You will work across two products on a shared TypeScript codebase—Velora Tools for clinicians and a patient portal—on a hybrid Stockholm-based team.

You’ll design robust end-to-end flows, handle failures gracefully, and push changes from schema to screens while collaborating with clinicians, product and design.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building and operating production backend or full-stack systems, ideally in TypeScript.

Responsibilities

• Build product end-to-end: from clinician or patient problem to production via React UI, Hono API and PostgreSQL.
• Think in systems and abstractions: place logic in the right layer for Velora Tools, web app and native apps.
• Evolve Velora Tools so clinicians and operations work accurately and fast.
• Own the payments and subscriptions domain: Stripe flows, webhooks, retries, reconciliation and data model.
• Build and harden integrations with BankID, Firebase and external services, planning for partial failure.
• Add logging, monitoring and error handling to keep production understandable and support incident investigation.
• Improve CI/CD, local development and testing on Google Cloud for faster delivery.
