Job summary

A global technology company is seeking a Team Manager for IT and Cybersecurity in their HVDC Control & Protection division in Sweden. In this role, you will lead a team focusing on secure IT/OT design solutions across global projects. Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, IT, Automation, or similar.
• Experience with IT/OT systems, preferably within HVDC or industrial environments.
• Understanding of virtualization platforms, Windows/Linux, networks, firewalls, cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support an IT/OT design team with strong focus on IT and cybersecurity.
• Own and govern IT/OT and cybersecurity design for HVDC Control & Protection systems.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, IT/OT architecture, and engineering standards.
