Job summary

Bosch Thermoteknik AB in Tranås is offering an HR internship to support our HR Business Partners with general administrative tasks. You will be involved in recruitment, onboarding, and organizing trainings, while also taking the lead on an intern project or reporting task.

The 6-month internship starts in March 2027 and is on-site at our Tranås plant. Monetary compensation is provided, accommodation can be offered, and we support wellness and travel costs to Tranås.

Qualifications

• Currently studying Business Administration, Social Sciences, Psychology or similar, ideally with a focus on HR.
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office tools (esp. Excel and PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to take responsibility for own work and apply own initiative to find solutions.
• Results-oriented and pro-active attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support HR Business Partners with general administrative HR tasks.
• Involved in recruitment process and onboarding of new associates.
• Organize and track various associate trainings.
• Oversee intern recruitment from publishing job ads to interviews.
• Own project, process or reporting task.
