Husqvarna is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to work closely with our R&D organization in Huskvarna. You will support leaders and teams at the heart of product development, focusing on transformation and capability development to shape the future of our innovations.

The role requires 5–10 years in HR with a relevant degree, strong stakeholder management, and fluency in Swedish and English. You will collaborate across functions and be based at our Huskvarna office.

Qualificações

• 5–10 years of experience in HR and a relevant university degree.
• Experience in organizational change, transformation or capability development.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Work closely with R&D managers on day-to-day HR matters and longer-term people and organizational topics.
• Support transformation, capability development and organizational development initiatives.
• Identify needs, challenge existing ways of working and translate business priorities into practical people initiatives.
• Take ownership, contribute perspectives and create conditions for people and teams to perform and develop.
