Job summary

Bull is seeking a motivated junior HPC/AI hardware support engineer to work onsite at a customer data centre. You will join a team supporting installation, maintenance and day-to-day operation of high-end systems, acting as the primary interface between customers and backline support.

You will gain hands-on experience with hardware maintenance, Linux, and HPC deployments across Europe, with structured training and opportunities for long-term career development in a collaborative, international

Qualifications

• Hands-on hardware experience with build, repair and maintenance.
• Good working knowledge of Linux systems.
• Basic shell scripting and networking fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for HPC/AI systems in a customer data centre
• Perform hardware maintenance and parts replacement
• Deliver Level 1 system software support, primarily in Linux environments
• Troubleshoot hardware, OS, and basic network issues
• Act as the interface between the customer and Bull’s support teams
• Support system installations, upgrades, and lifecycle activities
• Participate periodically in HPC/AI deployments across Europe
