Job summary

Hemfrid I Sverige AB is recruiting for the Service Team Premium in Stockholm. The role offers an 85–100% permanent contract and focuses on delivering top-quality home cleaning for Premium customers while supporting and guiding colleagues.

You will perform deep cleaning, cover for absences, manage keys, and lead coordination when needed. The team emphasizes quality, customer satisfaction, and developing routines and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Has experience in home cleaning or another service profession, for example as a housekeeper.
• Speaks and understands basic Swedish or English.
• Can work Monday–Friday between 8:00–17:00.
• Has a valid Swedish or EU driver’s license.
• Is detail-oriented, responsible, and service-minded.
• Enjoys teamwork and helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional home cleaning services for Premium customers.
• Deep cleaning assignments as needed.
• Covering for colleagues during absences.
• Responsible for key handling and on-site coordination.
• Lead and coordinate team efforts during larger assignments.
• Support and train new colleagues.
• Help develop routines, quality standards, and teamwork within the group.
