Job summary

Sperton Global AS is recruiting on behalf of a client for an IT/OT System Engineer in Ludvika, Sweden, on-site with 1–2 days remote per week. The role focuses on developing HMI solutions, designing secure SCADA architectures, maintaining test environments, and enabling secure industrial automation projects across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of work experience in the relevant field or a technical degree with extended experience
• Experience developing HMIs using AVEVA Orchestra/Operations Control
• Experience with SCADA systems and secure industrial network design
• Fluent English, Swedish is an advantage
• Valid SSG-Entré certificate

Responsibilities

• Design and develop HMI solutions.
• Design secure SCADA network architectures.
• Maintain and update software/hardware in test environments.
• Support testing, validation, and system improvements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
