Job summary

Cambio Group is seeking a System Engineer to design, build, and operate automation for critical healthcare environments in Sweden. You will drive deployment, configuration, upgrades, and validation, applying DevOps practices and collaborating with development teams to improve software delivery.

The role emphasizes building robust automation using Ansible, with exposure to Windows and Linux environments, OpenTelemetry, Grafana, and Prometheus within a hybrid work setting in Linköping or Stockholm.

Qualifications

• Strong experience designing building and maintaining infrastructure automation solutions (Ansible or similar)
• Proficiency with scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
• Experience in Windows operations automation; Linux a plus
• Experience delivering automation in highly critical environments
• Experience with observability/monitoring tools (OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Prometheus)
• Excellent communication in Swedish and English

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain automation for infrastructure
• Drive automation across installation, configuration, upgrades, validation and management of business-critical applications
• Implement DevOps best practices and collaborate with development teams to improve delivery
• Design and run automations using Ansible in high-stakes environments
• Collaborate with IT Operations and delivery teams to improve reliability and efficiency
