Job summary

Leap29 is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Advisor for a major data centre project in Borlänge, Sweden. The role is site-based and involves promoting H&S standards, conducting inspections, and guiding project teams across contractors and stakeholders to ensure safe operations.

Key responsibilities include RAMS review, incident support, and maintaining comprehensive safety documentation on site.

Qualifications

• Significant H&S experience on major construction or engineering projects.
• Strong site-based experience across complex deployments.
• Experience in pharma, battery/gigafactory, energy, industrial or infrastructure projects will be considered.
• Confident working with project teams, contractors and multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and promote H&S standards across the project
• Carry out site inspections, audits and risk assessments
• Review RAMS and safe systems of work
• Support incident investigations and corrective actions
• Provide H&S guidance to project and site teams
• Maintain H&S documentation and reporting
• Work closely with contractors to promote a strong safety culture
