You will build long-term customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and contribute to product launches and market expansion, helping the business grow sustainably.
Would you like to lead the sales of tomorrow’s bio-based products? At Södra Bioproducts, we develop sustainable alternatives to fossil-based materials and build businesses that make a real difference for our customers, the climate, and the future. We are now looking for a Head of Sales to take on a key role in the next phase of our growth journey.
As Head of Sales, you will have overall responsibility for sales within Bioproducts. You will lead and develop an international sales team while driving the strategic agenda to strengthen our position in the market.
Your role goes beyond achieving sales targets. You will contribute to developing the business, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring that our products reach the markets and applications where they can create the greatest value.
The role involves close collaboration with customers around the world and offers significant opportunities to influence the future direction and development of the business.
This is a full-time, permanent position. The location will be agreed upon with the successful candidate.
You are an engaging leader with a strong commercial drive and a genuine interest in developing both people and the business. With experience in international B2B sales, you are comfortable building long-term customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and achieving results together with others.
You are a strong communicator, naturally curious, and confident in leading through change. You combine commercial acumen with the ability to involve, inspire, and engage others, and you thrive in an environment where collaboration and continuous development are key.
You are motivated by the opportunity to help shape the future of the bioproducts business in an organization where innovation, sustainability, and customer value go hand in hand. At Södra, you will lead an engaged team, work closely with customers and markets around the world, and contribute to businesses that play an important role in the green transition. At the same time, you will enjoy the freedom and energy of a growing business area, combined with the stability and strength of Södra.
Experience from bioproducts, chemicals, or related industries is considered an advantage.
We know that experience and expertise come in many different forms, and that few candidates will meet every requirement. If you recognize yourself in most of what we have described and are excited about the opportunity to contribute to the sustainable solutions of the future, we would be delighted to hear from you.
