Job summary

Qliro is seeking a Head of FP&A to report to the CFO and lead a two-controller team. You will drive strategic planning, forecasting, and performance management, shaping the finance function and business steering.

Your role will center on elevating analysis quality and cross-functional collaboration across the organization. You will develop FP&A capabilities, explore AI-enabled processes, and deliver management reporting that informs executive decisions, aligning with Qliro's growth in the

Qualifications

• Strong analytical background with advanced skills in financial modelling.
• Background from consulting within Finance Services / CFO office.
• Comfortable working closely with a small team and across the business.
• Experience from implementation of AI in processes and ways of working.
• Experience leading a team; considered a strength, not a requirement.
• Experience from fintech, payments or consumer credit is a strong advantage.

• Partner with the CFO on analyses, Board material, presentations and other high-impact projects.
• Set direction and raise standards for how Qliro approaches planning, forecasting, performance management and business steering.
• Develop our FP&A capabilities, processes and tools - leveraging AI to fundamentally rethink how FP&A operates and creates value.
• Build the models, analyses and management reporting that turn financial information into better decisions.

Who you are

• You have a strong analytical background and have advanced skills in financial modelling

• Previous background from consulting within Finance Services / CFO office

• You are comfortable working closely with a small team and with colleagues from other parts of the business

• You have experience from implementation of AI in processes and ways of working

• You have led a team before. We see this as a strength, not a requirement.

• Experience from fintech, payments or consumer credit is a stron advantage
