Your role

The Head of Architecture & Signal Processing will lead a team of 8 senior system architects and signal processing experts, serving as both line manager and Product Owner. The role oversees system architecture, coordination with customers and development teams, and ensures alignment across the Functional Design department.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Lead, coach, and develop the system team


• Prioritize, coordinate and plan system activities with customer and the development teams


• Establish effective ways of working within and across the department


• Hold line management responsibility, including competence development and performance


• Drive continuous improvement, efficiency, and capability growth


• Contribute to the strategic development of the Functional Design department
