Farang is building a vibrant developer community around its LLM platforms. We’re seeking a hands-on AI/ML engineer turned developer relations leader who thrives in a fast-paced startup, loves engaging with developers, and can translate feedback into product improvements.

You will own the developer journey, create engaging technical content, and drive growth through community initiatives and open-source collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong AI/ML engineering background with hands-on development experience.
• Proficiency in Python; knowledge of JavaScript/React is a plus.
• 3+ years in Developer Relations, Advocacy, or Technical Community Management.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication; able to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Understanding of growth hacking principles and user acquisition strategies.
• Proficient with Git, GitHub workflows, issues management, and fostering open-source practices.
• Passion for helping developers learn, build, and succeed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute developer experience strategy to build a thriving community around LLMs.
• Grow and nurture online presence (Discord, forums, GitHub Discussions) and organize meetups and events.
• Create technical content: tutorials, sample projects, docs, demos, videos.
• Be the primary technical contact for the developer community and relay feedback to product teams.
• Design growth campaigns to expand the developer base and model adoption.
• Manage social media and outreach to engage developers and influencers.
• Collaborate with COO and platform/dataset engineers to optimize the developer journey.
