Nõberu Stockholm is seeking a Hair Educator to develop the Swedish market and expanding export activity. You will educate in salons, stage live shows, and create training materials while traveling across Sweden and Europe.

We value a passionate hairstylist with experience presenting education and demonstrations, excellent English, and a proactive, collaborative spirit ready to join a growing team expanding internationally.

Qualifications

• Qualified hairstylist with several years of professional experience in cutting, coloring, styling.
• Experience delivering education, demonstrations and live hair shows.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Based in Sweden, preferably Stockholm, with openness to other locations.
• Willing to travel extensively across Sweden and Europe.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to take responsibility.

Our team is growing, and we are now looking for a driven and inspiring Hair Educator / Trainer who wants to join us on our journey to develop the Swedish market and our international export business.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about hair, education and inspiring others. You should feel equally comfortable educating in salons as you do stepping onto a stage in front of an audience.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a qualified hairstylist with several years of professional experience in both cutting, coloring styling women’s and men’s hair.
• Has experience delivering education, demonstrations and live hair shows.
• Is skilled at sharing knowledge in an inspiring and educational way.
• Experience with press events, product presentations or other industry events is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• Has excellent spoken and written English.
• Is based in Sweden, preferably in Stockholm, although we are also open to candidates based elsewhere.
• Is self-motivated, proactive and comfortable taking responsibility.
• Is social, professional and enjoys meeting new people and working in different environments.

A significant part of the role involves travel

An important part of the role will involve extensive travel throughout Sweden and Europe.

You should therefore enjoy travelling and find it exciting to meet hairstylists, customers and business partners in different locations. Travel may include everything from education sessions and live hair shows to trade fairs, events, product launches and other brand activities.

You will represent Nõberu Stockholm both in Sweden and internationally, and play an important role in our continued international expansion.

As a Hair Educator at Nõberu Stockholm, you will, among other things:
