Job summary

ProPharma is seeking a CQA Consultant in the EU with a strong background in quality assurance and regulatory/GxP compliance. You will support product quality systems, provide regulatory guidance, and collaborate with clients across the lifecycle of projects.

The role emphasizes risk-based, phase-appropriate GxP projects, training, and continual improvement. Fluency in English is essential; Swedish is a plus. Hybrid work is supported in Sweden and across Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a scientific field.
• Graduate degree (MSc/PhD) preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in quality assurance and regulatory/GxP compliance.
• Strong knowledge of EU GMP/GDP and related regulations.
• Eligible to be registered as QP/RP where applicable.
• Knowledge of US FDA, ICH, EMA, MHRA guidance.
• GxP systems expertise; capable of client consultation.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in compliance and consulting services.
• Fluency in English; Swedish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control review for product complaint cases.
• Provide consultation and support for GxP compliance projects.
• Develop guidance documents and training materials for clients.
• Engage with clients and internal teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory changes and implement risk-based approaches.
