Truvio, based in Stockholm, Sweden, is seeking an experienced Group Controller to own the group consolidation, financial reporting, and governance framework. You will help shape the Group finance function as the company grows, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant reporting.
You will collaborate with the Director of Finance Operations and CFO, driving improvements in processes, internal controls, and reporting tools while managing holding company reporting and coordinating external audits.

We are now looking for a Group Controller to take ownership of our group consolidation, financial reporting and governance framework. This is a new role at Truvio, offering a unique opportunity to help shape and build our Group finance function as we continue to grow as a company.
As Group Controller, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely and compliant financial reporting across the Group. Since this is a new role, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact by helping to define, develop and implement the structures, processes and ways of working needed to support Truvio’s continued growth. You will own the group consolidation process, manage accounting and reporting for the holding companies, and contribute to a strong internal control environment. Working closely with the Director of Finance Operations, CFO and the wider finance team, you will help ensure the integrity of the Group’s financial information and support continuous improvements in reporting quality, processes and governance. You will report to the Director of Finance Operations.
In this role, you will lead and continuously improve core finance processes across the Group, with a particular focus on consolidation, reporting quality, statutory compliance, internal controls and scalable ways of working. Your main responsibilities will include:
