You'll work closely with the Head of Accounting, CFO, and management team, in an entrepreneurial culture where initiative is valued and you'll have real influence over how the Finance function evolves.
As Group Consolidation & Reporting Specialist, you'll become Brocc's specialist in group accounting and financial reporting, with overall responsibility for the group's consolidation, external reporting, and advanced accounting matters, acting as key specialist support to the CFO and the wider organisation. The role carries no people-management responsibility but comes with a strong mandate within your specialist area, and you'll play a key part in building efficient processes, high quality, and a robust reporting structure as we grow.
