Neo4j Inc in Malmö, Sweden is seeking an experienced Backend Software Engineer to join the Identity and Access Management team. This role focuses on rebuilding the IAM platform with a strong emphasis on backend development and Kubernetes expertise.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience, working collaboratively with product teams to enhance IAM capabilities for AuraDB, deployed across major cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend development or software engineering experience.
• Experience in GoLang and Kubernetes.
• Experience with at least one of the major cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Azure).

Responsabilités

• Build, deploy, and manage cloud-native services in Golang.
• Develop custom Kubernetes operators, controllers, and resources.
• Drive the architecture of the IAM platform revamp.
• Secure service‑to‑service communication across distributed infrastructure.
• Produce clear documentation for various audiences.
