Job summary

ABB seeks a data analytics professional to strengthen Sustainability’s analytical backbone. You will build scalable dashboards (Power BI, Excel, Snowflake) and enable decision‑making with high‑quality data across climate, circularity, waste, water, and energy KPIs.

You will bridge IT and sustainability, standardize data processes, and support scenario modelling in a fast‑paced robotics environment as ABB evolves into a separate entity. Hybrid work model; locations include Krakow or Västerås.

Qualifications

• Masters/BS in Data/Analytics or related field.
• 3–5 years in data analysis, BI, or analytics consulting.
• Experience with ESG metrics and sustainability KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Build dashboards tracking emissions, circularity, waste, water, energy and KPIs.
• Standardize data collection frameworks and templates across functions.
• Bridge IT and Sustainability with data requirements and tools.
• Ensure data integrity, governance, and audit readiness.
• Provide ad hoc analyses and scenario modelling for decision support.
