Job summary

Neoventa Medical in Mölndal, Sweden, is seeking a Head of Marketing & Communications to strengthen product marketing and drive global commercial impact. The role reports to the Chief Commercial Officer and leads a two-person marketing team.

Qualifications

• Degree within Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience from marketing within MedTech or Life Science.
• Experience from international marketing in a commercial and product-focused environment.
• Experience working closely with sales teams and distributors.
• Track record translating strategy into execution and results.
• Experience leading projects and teams.
• Experience in service selling is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen how we position our product offer and ensure messaging is clear and consistent.
• Own and drive Neoventa’s global marketing and communications strategy.
• Partner with Sales/distributors, R&D and Clinical teams to translate insights into communication.
• Develop marketing campaigns and sales materials to support distributors and sales teams.
• Contribute to Neoventa Academy education and engagement with KOLs and Clinical team.
• Develop digital channels and content, including growing our e-learning offering.
• Own and drive product launches and portfolio communication with sales.
• Define budget, team goals and KPIs, measure performance and improve marketing effectiveness.
• Lead and develop the marketing team, set priorities, and ensure strong execution globally.
