Job summary

Hitachi Vantara Corporation is seeking a Manager for Information Systems in Ludvika, Sweden. In this role, you will oversee the Information Systems for HVDC globally, leading a team of around 40 professionals to enhance organizational efficiency and strategy implementation. Your responsibilities will include managing MIS platforms, defining long-term strategies, and ensuring stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• At least ten years of General Business Partnering experience.
• Technical system knowledge in tools and systems such as SAP and Power BI.
• Experience of contact and negotiation with IT system suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the information systems mid-term strategy (2-5 years).
• Manage information systems configuration and process improvements.
• Lead a team of 35-40 sub-managers and domain experts.
