Job summary

Etraveli Group AB is seeking a Paid Marketing Specialist to drive SEM, Affiliate, and other performance channels across 40+ markets. You will own campaign builds, bidding strategies, and leverage automation with JavaScript, Python, and Marketing APIs to scale and optimize massive campaigns.

You will work in a highly data-driven, hands-on role within a fast-paced travel tech environment, collaborating closely with the Senior Paid Marketing Manager to build an in-house capability.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail in high-spend setups and complex campaigns.
• Hands-on experience managing large-scale paid marketing accounts across multiple markets.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of JavaScript/Python or Marketing APIs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize SEM, Affiliate, and other performance channels across 40+ markets and 200+ sites.
• Manage campaign builds, bidding strategies, and granular account structures.
• Leverage internal tooling with JavaScript/Python/Marketing APIs to manage, generate, and optimize campaigns.
• Analyze data from large datasets to identify performance issues and growth opportunities.
• Design and run continuous A/B and causal impact tests on ad copy, landing pages, and bids.
• Support in-housing by transitioning operations from external consultants to in-house processes.
