Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience within Health & Safety, ideally within construction or a related industrial sector.
• Experience leading H&S change management and strategy implementation in an international context.
• Strong expertise in incident investigations, risk management, auditing and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead Bonava's common Health & Safety strategy and support business units in successful implementation.
• Drive group-wide projects and initiatives to improve H&S performance.
• Coordinate the Bonava Health & Safety Council.
